We’re excited to welcome Annie Ladinsky as the new Board Chair of our Emerging Leaders Board. As Board Chair, Annie will lead this exciting group of young professionals as they advocate for our work and mission within the community while helping to raise much-needed funds.

When discussing her background and what lead her to take on this role, Annie shared the following: “In my day job as MassEcon’s Communications Director, I’m responsible for producing publications, leading logistical planning, executing events, chairing the NextGen committee, and generating content for social media platforms. My background includes work in communications, entrepreneurship, advocacy, mediation, and philanthropy in the Washington, D.C. area and New York City. For the last 10 years I have taken my passion of contributing to community development to my home state of Massachusetts. Through my leadership efforts outside of work with the Boston Chapter of the Acumen Fund, the Borgen Project, the Cambridge Public Library Literacy Project, Tenacity, and as the current Raising a Reader Massachusetts EL Board Chair, I work to make connections between local and international communities. During my free time, I also enjoy practicing yoga, cooking, playing tennis, and spending time with my family and friends.”
